As we prepare for a well deserved break to focus on the things we are grateful for, I would like to take a moment to say how grateful I am for the TES community. Your kindness, generosity and true partnership provides the backdrop for the work that happens here at TES each day. I am honored to be a part of this amazing community and to serve your children. Please take time to rest and relax with friends and family this holiday and know that my heart is full.

Christmas Mother Can Collection
Thank you to Becky Roy for being our school representative for the Henrico Christmas Mother. With your help, we collected 3,871 food items this year, and Mrs. Roy has been crowned the Turkey Queen!
Tuckahoe Day Parade
Tuckahoe is hosting our annual Tuckahoe Day Parade on 11/25 from 8:45 to 9:10. Students will be creating “floats” that they will carry as they walk through a parade route. All students are encouraged to wear green to school that day to symbolize that we are ONE FAMILY!
This is a schoolwide event, and all students grades K-5 are participating. We hope you can join us for the parade! It will take place outside, on the upper and lower areas of the playground. Parents may park and walk to the parade route. There will be cones placed along the route, so you know where to stand. Please plan to stay for the entire event so that all students get applause! We hope to see many of you there.
