Medication Pick Up
If your child has medication in the clinic, please be sure to come pick it up as soon as possible. Medication left in the clinic after the last day of school will be destroyed.

Watch Out Ahead Henrico Vests
The Henrico Police and the Henrico County Board of Supervisors have teamed up to provide a “WOAH!” reflective vest for each student in Henrico County Schools to support pedestrian and bicyclist safety. We are thankful for our county leaders, police, schools, and community for coming together to support such an important safety initiative. Vests will be sent home in backpacks on Thursday.
TES Spirit Wear Donations
New this year, TES House Spirit Wear Donation Bins will be accepting the house shirts and sweatshirts your kids have outgrown at the following times and locations.
Monday, May 19 - Friday, May 30

Please bring us your gently-used house spirit wear so we can do our part to reduce, reuse, and recycle. We’ll sort and store for discounted sales in Fall, in addition to our regular spirit wear offerings.
Farewell to TES Faculty and Staff
The following staff are leaving TES. We are grateful for the years of service and dedication that they have given to our school. They will always be a part of the TES family!
Audra Noble-Wilkins (ESL Teacher): Audra is moving to Echo Lake ES for a full time ESL teacher position.
Alisha Plummer (Gifted Teacher) - Alisha is moving to Shady Grove ES as their gifted resource teacher.
Tanya Murdaugh (Student Support Teacher) - Tanya is retiring from HCPS having been a teacher, SST and Principal.
Rebecca Ozmore (School Counselor)- Rebecca is pursuing her career in the private counseling world.
Suzy O’Connor (First Grade Teacher) - Suzy is retiring after 20 years of service to the county.
Kaitlin Scott (Exceptional Education Teacher) - Kaitlin and her husband are moving to South Carolina to pursue next steps in a new life journey.
Tina Stewart (Instructional Assistant) - Tina is retiring after 25 years of service.
Student Absence Due to Travel
When family travel plans require a student school absence parents must notify the principal and teacher. Families should request that the absences be excused by using the Request for Student Absence Approval Form a week prior to the trip.
